Terms of Use

Last updated: October 6, 2026 · Skrobla is currently a test release.

In short

1. The service

Skrobla is a free service for personal series, movie and anime tracking, offered on the web, Android, Windows and as a browser extension (Chromium browsers and Firefox). Because it is in testing, there may be outages, bugs and data loss; the service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of availability. You can export your watch history as CSV at any time, and we recommend backing up data that matters to you. The service is provided by Mert Karabulut (developer name: Karahalo; Ankara, Türkiye).

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

4. Suspension and deletion

Accounts that violate these terms or harm the service may be restricted or deleted. You can also delete your account yourself at any time under Settings → Profile; see the Account Deletion page.

5. Third-party services and data

Series and movie information and images come from TMDB; This product uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB. Rights to the images and information belong to their respective owners. The optional Trakt and Google connections are also subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies. Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime Video, Trakt and other product and brand names mentioned are the property of their respective owners; Skrobla is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (including data loss) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Intellectual property

The Skrobla name, logo, design and software (web app, Android and Windows apps, browser extension and server code) are the property of Mert Karabulut and are protected by Turkish copyright law (Law No. 5846) and international copyright treaties. You are granted only a free, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable right to use Skrobla for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without written permission you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the software or any part of it; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law expressly allows this; use it to build a product that imitates Skrobla or could be confused with it; access our servers other than through the official apps or collect data with automated tools; or remove copyright or trademark notices. Accounts that break these rules will be closed and legal action may be taken. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page. To contact us, write via Ideas & Feedback in the app (the light bulb at the top, or Settings) or at support@skrobla.com. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
